Where?
The Italian Grand Prix 2022/23 will take place at UNA Hotel Bologna Fiera – Piazza della Costituzione, 1 Bologna. By now, no special agreements regarding accomodations or meals inside the structure have been reached up. Anyway the hotel, located in the heart of the city exhibition district, offers many solutions for lunchs or dinners in various restaurants, bars or fast food restaurants.
When?
The Italian Grand Prix will be held on Saturday December 10th 2022, with the following schedule:
– Opening sign up and entrance gift: 9:00 am
– Round 1: 10.00 – 12.00
– Lunch break: 12.00 – 13.30
– Round 2: 14.00 – 16.00
– Round 3: 16.15 – 18.15
Finals and Award Ceremony at the ending.
THE BORING (BUT NECESSARY) RULES:
The Italian Grand Prix follows the the official Vekn tournament rules (link)
After the 3 preliminary rounds the 5 best ranked players will attend the tournament final.
Data about players, games and rankings will be managed using the latest version of The Archon.
Decklist submission before tournament start is needed: you can send it preferably in text format, although digital format (Vdb, Amaranth) will be tolerated, to this email address (segnare). Decklists of the 5 finalists will be checked (according to Vekn regulations).
Proxy cards are not allowed in any way, except for fine printings of the PDF expansions (Danse Macabre, The Unaligned, Anarchs Unbound).
REGISTRATION AND COSTS:
The Italian Grand Prix has a registration fee of € 25.00 for pre-registred players and € 30.00 for others.
